Data for prevention of misuse and crime is saved for as long as we need it in order to prevent or report crime (such as fraud).

• You have withdrawn your consent for processing of personal data and there are no other legal grounds for processing.

• You have objected to the processing of personal data that has been performed based on our legitimate interest, and your interest weighs heavier.

• We have illegally processed your personal data.

• Personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.

You are entitled to request that processing of your personal data be limited in the following cases:

• You dispute the correctness of the personal data, during a period of time that gives us the opportunity to check whether the personal data is correct.

• We have illegally processed your personal data and you object to the personal data being erased and instead request that its use be limited.

• You need the personal data to be able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, but we no longer need the personal data for the purposes for which it was processed.

• You have objected to processing of your personal data, and we assess during a period of time whose interests take precedence.
